This Privacy Policy describes how AJA SARAH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANCY ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand AJA Sarah Marketer and the international domain AJA Digital Group, collects, uses, and protects information via the Tour Command Center (TCC) application.

1. Scope & Compliance

We comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and international data protection standards. As an educational SaaS architect, we prioritize "Zero-Trust" security to protect student and institutional data.

2. Information We Collect

• Google Account Data: We use Google OAuth to authenticate users. We only access your name, email address, and profile picture to create your account. We do not access your Gmail messages or Drive files.
• Institutional Data: Tour schedules, participant names, and logistical data provided by the school/agency.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used strictly to provide the TCC services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. All database access is strictly locked to authenticated, authorized user IDs.

4. Data Security (Zero-Trust)

All data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud). We implement strict server-side security rules that prohibit unauthorized database scraping. Read/write access is restricted to verified users only.

5. Student Privacy

TCC is designed for use by educational institutions. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the direction and consent of the participating school or agency.
